  • Inboard program: Send your dog to us, and in just 4 weeks you will have a dog that will do basic manners and basic obedience (heel, sit, stay, lay down and to come when called) 
  • Private Sessions: Farbenholt Kennels offers private dog training sessions for you and your dog.
  • Group Obedience Classes: after completing private sessions take that training to the next level by participating in group sessions where you and your dog will reinforce the obedience training with greater confidence.
  • Protection Training: Farbenholt Kennels offers evaluations for handlers and their dogs for this unique protection training.  Join  Jeri and Ray to merge your obedience training and the art of  proper protection training.

About Ray Farber & Jeri Holton:
  • Located just an hour north of Phoenix, Arizona - Ray and Jeri are the most experienced dog trainers in the area.
  • With combined experience of nearly 60 years in dog training, Jeri began her career  in 1981 and Ray became a certified dog trainer in 1988.
  • Jeri and Ray specialize in obedience and personal protection dogs.
  • Jeri and Ray have successfully trained and titled dogs in AKC obedience shows, Schutzhund trials (German dog sport), and stock dog herding events

Why Train Your Dog?
  • Obedience Training is a very effective way to get your dog under control without using harsh or cruel means. Plus...It's fun for both the dog and the owner.
  • We will teach the dog to heel, sit, stay, lay down and to come when called. 
  • Upon completion of the training, you can expect a dog that is calmer, happier, and more attentive to you, the owner.
  • Obedience course is 5 weeks/ 1 hour per session.
    • Each private lesson includes Jeri, the dog Owner, (and/or the spouse if they desire), and of course the dog.
 All Farbenholt Kennel  puppies come with this 5 week basic obedience course and a written health guarantee.
